About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at GMP Engineering Inc. as a leader of a cross-functional engineering and support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop and deliver conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design packages for GMP-compliant integrated process equipment and unit operations used in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical drug substances and products.
  • Project Management: Manage client relationships within project scope, internal/external resources to ensure successful project delivery, and supervise and mentor junior engineers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with project coordinators for on-time and on-budget project delivery, and develop new proposals in collaboration with the business development group.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in GMP-compliant automated skidded equipment design, piping, instrumentation, and control systems, and start-up, commissioning, and qualification of automated process equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in GMP-compliant automated skidded equipment design, piping, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
