About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Risk Modelling Implementation initiatives at a top 5 bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Modelling Implementation: Lead the implementation of risk modelling projects, including credit adjudication, and ensure their successful delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage complex projects, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensure their timely completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans, identifying emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Operational Management: Direct projects, often within one business group, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, and ensure their successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, risk modelling, and/or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
  • Skills: Entrepreneurial skills, judgement skills, learning agility, stakeholder management, and ability to navigate challenging situations effectively.
