As a Mobile Patrol Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients in London and St. Thomas.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct property inspections to ensure the security and integrity of our clients\u2019 properties
* Provide guard supervision and support to our clients\u2019 security teams
* Assist with scheduling and coordination of security services
* Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

* Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
* Valid Ontario Security Licence
* Previous security experience is an asset
* Post-secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college is preferred
* Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
* Superior written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
* High School Diploma/GED
* First Aid, CPR Level C
* Immunization Record
* Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
