About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Hyundai Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for pricing all parts according to the Company's pricing guidelines and conducting pricing and profitability analyses for optimizing company profit and maintaining market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, coordinate and direct parts and accessory pricing to ensure competitive pricing and positive consumer image.
  • Analyze and coordinate pricing policies and make recommendations as well as maintains internal policy and procedures related to pricing function.
  • Design, modify and prepare sales analysis reports and parts pricing studies and manage competitive price survey program.
  • Provide proactive analysis of areas of opportunity for sales and profitability.
  • Review and respond to all pricing related inquires and support RPSM team.
  • Coordinate new dealer and dealer termination requirements with internal departments.
  • Maintain pricing matrix and up-to-date competitive pricing analysis.
  • Administer dealer direct Sales program(s).
  • Administer all aspects of the Auto Parts Bridge sales program and enrollment analysis.
  • Administer Certified Collision Care program and communication.
  • Manage supply pipelines with forecasting profitability and backorder reporting and analysis and work closely with Mobis on supply issues.
  • Administer all aspects of supply and parts inventory functions.
  • Recall Parts analysis and supply administration.
  • Administer and manage the future parts sharing/parts locator and inventory management program.
  • Support the RPSM team and field required reporting.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pricing and profitability experience.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Canadian automotive market.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
