Job Description

Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our transportation network.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery is carried out in a timely manner.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed efficiently.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed to a high standard.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization to ensure we meet our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 45 hours of work per week.
