Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Smart Tech Outlet is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and search engine optimization (SEO) tools
