Job Title: Tattoo Studio Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tattoo Studio Operations Manager to join our team at Once Piercing & Beauty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring that the studio is operating within budget and that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that the studio is represented in a professional and effective manner.
  • Hire, train and supervise staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
