Operations Supervisor

At Protrux Systems Inc., we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on logistics and workflow optimization. You will be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
In addition, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, arranging training for staff, and conducting performance reviews. You will also be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, as well as requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization. If you have a strong background in operations management and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language
- 40 hours per week
