About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

You will be responsible for training and developing our food service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Manage Food Service Operations

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food service, including ordering and inventory management, menu planning and implementation, and ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.

Lead by Example

You will be a role model for our food service staff, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity.
