We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cafeteria Supervisor to join the team at Sweet Thea Bakery Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to lead a team of staff in preparing and serving food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
  • Experience in hospitality administration/management, general, tourism and travel services management, and restaurant/food services management
  • Food Safety Certificate
