At 360 Demolition and Environmental Services, we are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is ideal for an individual who has a proven track record in managing construction projects and has excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Autorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as construction management, business administration, or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Work Environment

This role is based on-site and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
