Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Integrated Workforce Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
