Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth production process.
Work Environment

As a Bakery Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
