About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cash Application Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments received from customers and entering them into our AS400 computer system.

You will also perform bank reconciliation and credit card payments reconciliation, as well as check deposits using the bank scanner. Additionally, you will be responsible for journal entries to accounts receivable and bad debt write-offs.

If you have a background in administration or accounting and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, we encourage you to apply.
