Job Description

Airport Husky is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet the needs of our customers and the airport.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that our team is well-trained and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our staff is meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
