About the Role

Think Insurance Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, DHTML, and other web development tools.
  • Create and optimize content for our websites using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Write, modify, and test website-related code to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and prioritize website development projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies to ensure our websites remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in web development, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML, and other web development tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
