We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Flexstaf IT. This is a permanent role based in Calgary, Alberta.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals in your designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing sales growth opportunities and exploring new markets.

You will act as a key corporate ambassador, nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships, while also promoting and securing orders from new clients. Your duties will include creating and implementing strategies for client retention and growth, as well as quickly resolving any customer issues or concerns.

Additional responsibilities will include preparing and presenting detailed quotations and proposals, offering technical support and guidance on company products, and tracking and managing client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting Requirements

You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions, as well as reviewing and analyzing monthly sales reports to provide feedback on performance variances.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require a post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a sales role.

Your qualifications should include strong problem-solving skills, preferably an engineering background or technical understanding, excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.

Working Conditions

You will be required to travel extensively, so a valid driver's license is essential. Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems is also necessary.
