Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role involves efficiently onboarding clients and setting up our bookkeeping team for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the cloud bookkeeping system.
  • Financial Document Management: Collect and organize financial documents and information from clients.
  • Process Development: Develop and implement processes tailored to client needs, adhering to Enkel standards, and create detailed documentation to support bookkeeping procedures.
  • Client Profile Setup: Set up client profiles in the cloud accounting platform.
  • Financial Data Migration: Manage the migration of financial data from clients' previous systems to the cloud platform.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of transferred data and troubleshoot any discrepancies using quality assurance processes.
  • Integration Configuration: Configure integrations with other relevant software and tools used by clients.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure comfort with the new platform.
  • Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions to help clients navigate and utilize the features of the cloud bookkeeping system, and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and processed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 23 business days.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of client onboarding processes, configurations, and client-specific instructions.
  • User Manual Creation: Create and update user manuals and guides for client reference.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of onboarding experience, with a strong background in bookkeeping.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Cloud Accounting Platforms: Familiarity with popular cloud accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CPB) or Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor are a plus.
