We are seeking a motivated and friendly Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald’s Canada.

This role involves working in the kitchen, at the Drive-Thru, or at the front counter as part of a dynamic team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role:

As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and communicating effectively with peers and Managers.

You will also be involved in drink and food preparation, assembling and managing dine-in, take-out and delivery orders, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
  • Taking orders and processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing drinks and food to our high standards
  • Assembling and managing orders for dine-in, take-out, and delivery
  • Communicating effectively with peers and Managers to ensure seamless service
