Chef Job Description

OISHII LTD is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
