Key Responsibilities
* Perform assessments, plan, and provide personal care to patients
* Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as required
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
* Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Competitive hourly rate: $32.84 - $44.96
