OverviewAs a member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. You will work collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure the safe and efficient compounding and distribution of medications used in the hospital.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $48.21 to $64.50 per hour, as well as an attractive benefits package that includes:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, with experience in a hospital setting. They will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University
- Ontario College of Pharmacists registration in good standing
- Practical training under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Hospital experience
- Meditech experience is considered an asset
