Job Summary

As an Overnight Retail Stocker at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-stocked and presented. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales floor readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pre-Opening Preparation: Prepare the sales floor for store opening by setting up displays, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  2. Merchandise Management: Complete live unloading of merchandise, pull pallets to and from the sales floor, and assist in stocking as assigned.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
  4. Store Maintenance: Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, having a background in retail or customer service can be beneficial in this position.
