Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional guidance and support to other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to identify trends and patterns that impact patient care.
  • Develop and implement population-based strategies to improve health outcomes.
  • Participate in peer review and self-review to evaluate the effectiveness of patient care services.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Advanced education and training in nursing, including a Master's degree or higher.
  • Proven experience in primary care and healthcare management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
