Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, including public spaces, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate and manage the purchase and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the housekeeping department is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
