Job Summary

Tinkoz Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Officer to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the planning department, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Procedures: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a planning or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
