We are a dynamic and innovative restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards of presentation and taste.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
  • Language of Work: English.
