Job Overview

Dlex Renovations Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking construction labourer to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.


About the Job

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina, as the job requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. You must be willing to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople.


Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry.


Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we provide training on the job.
  • Will train; previous experience in construction an asset but not necessary.
