    • Prepare cheques for payroll, accurately calculating employee salaries and deductions.
    • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
    • Manage and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing a clear picture of the company's financial health.
    • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as required.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
    • The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, as they will be working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability:
    • We are looking for someone who is accurate, dependable, efficient in their interpersonal skills, flexible, and organized.
    • They should also possess sound judgement and be reliable.
  • Experience:
    • The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • They will be working on a permanent basis, with a 35-hour workweek.
