Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at M Bistro Ltd.
About the JobThis is a full-time position requiring a strong background in cooking and management. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate a team, and possess a high level of culinary expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing efficient systems.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
Requirements- Degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
