We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill a part-time and full-time evening beneficiary attendant position at our senior residence in Ste-Foy.
Requirements- DEP beneficiary attendant or RAC certificate
- 5000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in the position of PAB + RCR 16H up to date + PDSB completed
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations
- Contribute to the development of a resident's action plan based on observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
- Applicable government premium in effect
