Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Clove. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, balance cash and record sales, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Team Management: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, and schedule staff.
  • Training and Development: Train staff and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
