Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence, ensuring a comfortable living environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Organization: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
  • Shopping and Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Physical Capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling; lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility; organized; reliability; honesty.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent position with a typical workweek of 30-35 hours.
