We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to transport students safely across our vast network of schools.
About the RoleThis is a temporary full-time position available from March 28, 2025 to June 30, 2026. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students daily, adhering to safe bus driving procedures, and complying with all Personal Protective Equipment Procedures.
Responsibilities- Transport students safely and efficiently
- Daily driving when students are in attendance
- Daily disinfecting and cleaning of bus
- Adhere to following safe bus driving procedures
- Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment Procedures
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bus Driver's endorsement (School Bus S) class 5
- Clean driver's abstract
- Ability to deal tactfully and cooperatively with public, students, staff
- Good physical condition
- Basic Computer Skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $14,692.70 to $15,909.36 base wage + $0.2205 per KM (over 80 km driven) and bus expense allowances. All Bus Drivers are deemed to have a four hour work day unless the route is deemed a double route. Double routes will have a 5 hour work day.
