We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Maple Tree Children\u2019s Centre Inc. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist co-workers in maintaining a clean and organized childcare environment
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe play environment
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs and keeping records
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
Requirements:
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Experience in a childcare setting an asset
