Print Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing Supervisor to join our team at Delite Promotional Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our print production department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of print production staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
- Review and approve all print proofs and samples to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate and schedule print production activities to meet customer deadlines.
- Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and improve productivity.
- Recommend measures to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a print production environment.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
