Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at J4 Holdings Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a coffee shop environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The successful candidate will work 30-40 hours per week.
