Job Overview

As a Logistics System Analyst at Global Technical Talent, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our transportation management systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of these systems, which will have a direct impact on our company's efficiency and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of our TMS and transportation-related systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Act as the go-to resource for system troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and user support, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful system implementation and ongoing maintenance, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Process Documentation and SOP Development: Document processes, support SOP development, and assist with configuration and rollouts, promoting efficient workflows and minimizing errors.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments (IT, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve issues and enhance system performance, driving a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with Transportation Management Systems, preferably in a support/operations role.
  • Background: Background in transportation, supply chain, or 3PL environments, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and system integrations (EDI/API).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple support and project tasks in parallel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL or BI experience is a plus.
