Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized care plans.
- Perform various physical therapy interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other specialized treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Educate clients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for independent living.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications:- A current PA Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
