Job Overview

The Software Quality Assurance Engineering Lead will be responsible for driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects. This role requires identifying customer and operational needs, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, identifying performance standards, measuring progress, and adjusting performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships to maximize the achievement of business goals.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others.
  • Testing: Requires knowledge of test case preparation, test objectives, test strategy, test types, test tools, test environment, and root cause analysis.

This includes translating customer requirements into test strategy, determining testing tools and environments, and ensuring test cases cover all test scenarios. Additionally, this role involves driving the execution of test cases to test code and detect errors and defects.

Program Monitoring

This role also involves providing support to stakeholders to drive adherence to performance metrics of programs for different projects. It requires managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) through tracking and reviewing deployment schedules and guiding teams throughout the process.

DevOps Orientation

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of software maintenance tools and techniques, application monitoring tools and techniques, reverse engineering, system performance, security, integration, data migration, and accessibility.

This role will involve defining metrics to be tracked for effective monitoring of application performance, leading application maintenance and re-engineering plans and activities, and developing documentation and training material. The successful candidate will also drive application changes and enhancements, lead problem identification, technical impact analysis of maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
