Job Title: Dining Room Server

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dining Room Server at our Whitemud location.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all dining residents and guests by providing prompt and courteous service, maintaining a strong working knowledge of daily menu items and specials, and ensuring a comfortable and relaxed dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high levels of customer service to all dining residents and guests
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of daily menu items and specials
  • Properly set tables, remove used dishes and place settings, and assist with cleaning duties
  • Comply with all dining and kitchen policies and procedures
  • Engage in friendly, polite conversation with residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor and senior staff

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

  • Effective communication and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Clear criminal record check completed a maximum of three (3) months prior to the 'date of hire' required
