The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering quality healthcare services to our communities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in nursing, with at least 2 years working with Indigenous clients
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Cree and French an asset

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
