About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Woodpecker Homes Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt, and load and unload materials as needed.
  • Support Services: Provide support to construction teams, including assisting with tasks such as aligning pipes during pipeline construction and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
