Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pilot Captain to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. as a key member of our Aviation Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Captain in a complex and high-tempo flight operation, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo.
  • Interact closely with passengers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of engagement.
  • Work closely with a small group of highly skilled and experienced aviation personnel, collaborating to achieve operational excellence.
  • Fly into many unfamiliar airports, requiring adaptability and strong navigation skills.
  • Non-routine and irregular hours due to on-call responsibilities for company executives, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.
  • Continual education and learning programs/exercises to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
  • Be actively engaged in Safety Management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Be responsible for all flight planned and flight logistics, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
  • During flight, ensure the aircraft is operated in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, prioritizing safety above all else.
  • Be fully and consistently proficient in emergency procedures, responding quickly and effectively in critical situations.
Requirements
  • Current Canadian Passport
  • Pilot license, medical, rating, and language requirements specified in ICAO Annex 1.
  • Operational experience, knowledge, and demonstrated promotion of:
  • Safety Management Program
  • Standard Operating Procedures
  • Crew Resource Management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong service orientation
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving with solutions-orientated mindset
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Minimum of 5,000 total multi-engine flying hours.
