We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team at GGB. Key Responsibilities- Manage a designated portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Review accounts at renewal, taking a lead role in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when necessary, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives to bind clients.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and policy changes, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
- 5+ years of commercial insurance brokering experience required.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued.
- Active and in good standing provincial license.
- Knowledge of EPIC considered an asset.
- Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing effectively to exceed client expectations.
- Proven track record of quickly learning new systems, tools, and processes.
