About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at 019987 Hub International Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional insurance advice to clients at various car dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.
  • Assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and understanding.
  • Set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production.
  • Ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations.
  • Ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds.
  • Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
  • Represent the company with integrity and adhere to our values, mission, and vision.
Requirements
  • Level 1 General Insurance License.
  • 6+ months of previous insurance experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to dealership locations.
  • Industry designation or working towards one.
