Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team at HILLHOUSE CONSTRUCTION LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate Activities: Plan, coordinate, and schedule activities related to residential construction projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
- Supervise Workers and Projects: Supervise a team of workers and project staff, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports as required, including progress reports, financial reports, and quality control reports.
- Co-ordinate and Schedule Activities: Co-ordinate and schedule activities with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Establish methods and procedures to meet work schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations Are Followed: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and risks are mitigated during project execution.
- Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, in accordance with project needs and budget constraints.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
- Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate must have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary, ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
