Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Conditions: Noisy atmosphere with distinct odours typical of a food service establishment
- Develop and implement methods to achieve work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit reports as required
- Establish effective work schedules for the team
- Direct supervision of 1 to 4 staff members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
