Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Outlet Greeter to join our Food and Beverage team at Casino Rama. As an Outlet Greeter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming policies.
- Provide superior customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct guests to their seats, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of guests in the restaurant.
- Comply with all coupon and comp policies, sequences, and steps of service for seating guests, handling reservations, and controlling guest flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restaurant lobby areas and assist in maintaining an organized, safe, and clean outlet.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and support teamwork.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to present an outgoing, confident, and personable attitude at all times.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic, excellent verbal English communication skills, and ability to read and write in English.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently and calmly multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to carry out essential duties, including occasional lifting of dishes, trays, cutlery, and other related service products.
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, regular work shift 8 hours.
- Must have or be able to acquire Smart Serve certification.
- Understanding of guest flow and restaurant operations is an asset.
