Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a key member of our Finance Division, you will be responsible for providing project management support to our team members, ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to the Finance Division, including project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Assist Finance users with Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Head-Office reporting, including coordination with the IT department for improvements.
  • Maintain a referential of applications, including signature authority and application documentation.
  • Support and represent Finance users in projects, including building finance applications using development tools such as MS Office, SQL, VBA, and Python.
  • Provide application support to Financial Division applications, including Oracle Financials, Leasequery, Business Objects, etc.
  • Perform application testing and write documentation on financial applications supported or developed.
  • Update the data referential in Oracle Financial and close the monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Assist as administrator the procurement tool for the Americas.

Management and Reporting

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Projects and Administration and will be responsible for managing and reporting on project progress and outcomes.
